NewDarkRoom is proud to present our new referral program. In order to round out our advertising efforts, we have decided to enlist the assistance of the community. No matter how much internet, print, and radio advertising we do, a personal recommendation will always speak louder.
What we offer!
Because we care for and value our users, we've developed what may be most highly rewarding referral programs offered to the stock community. Not only do we offer fair and potentially lucrative two-tier system, but referrals never expire. That is to say, you will receive residual commissions for as long as the users you have referred are members.
Our referral rates are as follows:
5% if you referred the Seller
15% if you refereed the Buyer
50% of commissions generated by affiliates under you
Keep in mind, all commissions come out of our pockets, not yours.
In the example, the referral hierarchy is represented by dotted lines. When a transaction takes place between the "Blue" Users, which were referred by the "Yellow" Affiliate, "Yellow" is paid a percentage out of the NewDarkRoom Advertising Budget. Since "Yellow" was referred by the "Green" Affiliate, "Green" gets an additional payout of 50% of what was paid to "Yellow".
If you prefer numbers: The Buyer and Seller are represented by the "Blue" Users. When the transaction takes place, the Buyer pays, lets say $199.99. The Seller gets his payout according to his agreement with NewDarkRoom. "Yellow" gets 15% for referring the Buyer, or about $30. Since "Yellow" also referred the Seller, "Yellow" gets an additional 5%, or about $10, making the total payout to "Yellow" approximately $40. Now, since "Green" referred "Yellow", "Green" receives a payout of 50% of "Yellows" commission. Affiliates receive commissions on all sales or purchases over a referral's entire life, providing opportunity for huge residual income.

By taking part in the referral program you must agree to the following terms and conditions.
You must agree to promote NewDarkRoom.com and it's community base. Promoting the NewDarkRoom and its content does not make you a representative of the site but a person acting on his own behalf, recommending its content and offerings to others.
Your promotion of NewDarkRoom will be legal and responsible. Any fraud, SPAM, or other activities deemed by NewDarkRoom to be destructive or anti-social, engaged in while promoting NewDarkRoom with its name, graphics, or links will not be tolerated and may result in repremand, up to and including account termination and forfeiture of earnings, or legal action.
The referred member must sign up to NewDarkRoom either using your referral link. You may use this link in conjunction with official banners, text, or any other banners or text provided they are not misleading or in violation of any other rules. We reccomend linking to individual photo pages using the watermarked version of that image, a use for which we permit hotlinking.
All earnings are documented in detail in your account. You are eligible for payment request once your earnings meet or exceed our $50 dollar minimum. This earnings balance includes all account income including affiliate income along with sales of personal content.
We reserve the right to change the current terms and pricing structures of the affiliate program in part or in entirety at any time. This program can be canceled or readjusted at our discretion due to feedback, participation or any other input we may receive from various sources. Any changes to these terms will be noted on the NewDarkRoom web site. If you do not agree with these terms you may cease use of the affiliate program. Your participation in the affiliate program constitutes a full acceptance and agreement with the program terms and conditions.
